Photographs featuring Rutgers—Camden's Paul Robeson Library. The Library was built in 1957, and is among the first facilities constructed by Rutgers in Camden. The Library has had several additions and expansions since its construction, to support the growing Rutgers community. In 1991, students successfully petitioned to rename the library the Paul Robeson Library, in honor of the singer, actor, political activist and Rutgers—New Brunswick Alumnus.
