Rhythm and blues songstress Patti LaBelle dazzled a Fine Arts Theatre crowd on the 7th while dancing and bouncing on the stage. In what was basically a warm-up show for her upcoming tour, Patte wowed the audience with her music. A bomb threat, however, put a damper on the show by causing evacuation of 450 people from the Threatre. ABC newsman Geraldo Rivera rapped with students on the 11th about how he got where he is today. His talk covered his entire career, including his days as a radical lawyer and part-time political activist. - Date
